DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The final NSCRS weekend has brought more than another superspeedway race. With a rebrand approaching, attention has turned toward what kind of car will lead the next season.

Handling changes, rule adjustments and the next body era have all become part of the discussion before the Firecracker 400. No final package has been announced.

Limez Wins Hockenheimring From The Pole

HOCKENHEIM, Germany -- Limez started from the pole and won at Hockenheimring after an overtime finish, beating Dual, Mason, 32 and Business.

The finish helped Limez and Dual close slightly on Business, who remains the points leader after finishing last among the top-five group.

Daytona 500 Listed As Tentative Next-Season Target

The Daytona 500 has been penciled in for July 25 as a potential opening event for the next season. Final timing and format have not been posted.
